Sales Manager
RespondMillenium Distribution is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve growth and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and achieve sales goals through successful management of the sales team
- Development and implementation of a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Recruitment management, goal setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Building and promoting strong, long-term relationships with clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Presenting sales, income and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding set targets
- Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, represent and influence all levels of an organization in a credible and effective manner.
- Proven ability to lead the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry experience
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
